Something is wrong

Data polling and throughput graphs work in the default setup: however, adding a mix of private relay / secure DNS profile (DoH/DoT) / utilising device wide VPN (for AdGuard) breaks the data throughput graphs. The throughput displayed ends up stuck eg it was showing a fixed rate of 6.7Mb/s for over a minute, and was never changing. I wasn’t overly concerned by this, however after days of my phone heating up to the extent the display was dimming (thermal throttling), and noticing data intermittency across iOS, I began trying to remedy. Eventually I removed this app during a period I couldn’t get any data to work, and immediately it resumed. My device is no longer getting red hot. I can only assume this app doesn’t account for the additional network interfaces associated with device wide VPN / private relay, or it cannot poll data throughput when an encrypted device wide VPN is in use (evidenced by the app reporting a static data throughput). In this state it seems this app causes packet loss and data intermittency across the entire OS.

This needs to be remedied, and where polling is not possible, inform the user and disable the functionality.

Exactly what I needed and some

Was away from home and having to rely on phone for data. Wanted a simple app to track daily usage as I was getting close to contract limit. This app sits very neatly at the top of the screen and is very configurable. Looking forward to discover what other data gems it has. Very pleased with my purchase.
