iOS Xs
It does work on Xs and works very well , go into personal use option then you can set it up . The Translator has a limited choice of languages so you should that it has your choice of languages before buying .
The Translator is a bit slow but apart from that it works very well ..
iPhone XR
Download and setup was fast.. works like a breeze.. very easy to navigate the menus. I’m a happy tourist!!
App doesn’t work on iPhoneX
Downloaded App - OK.
Translator device connected by Bluetooth- OK
Registered - OK.
The prompts on set up don’t appear on iPhoneX.
Device Management and Shenzhen Avatar do not appear under General in Settings.
The words ‘click to find more content’ that are shown in User Manual do not appear on the app.
Therefore you can’t access the language settings and further set up.
This means it can’t be used on iPhoneX until the bugs are fixed!
