Playback doesn’t work properly
It worked for couple of days I’ve been surprised how good the camera is but suddenly 2 days later tryna playback my recorded video and its keep loading and skipping 5 second of the video so all I see it kind of pictures where’s obviously nothing because if something moved in front the camera it’s gone 5 seconds. Though the memory might be full so a deleted all the data and it keeps doing the same. Am pretty disappointed now.
App constantly shuts down
The camera itself is great, we use it as a baby camera to check on the little one when he’s asleep during the night and we’re not upstairs. The camera has great sound and quality. The only issue in this area is the connection to the app itself, where it comes up as ‘connecting’ every 15-30s.
As for the app itself, it’s one of the most inconsistent apps I’ve used to date. The app will not load when attempting to check on the baby majority of the time. This then causes me to delete the app and reinstall it in order for it to work again.
Overall, the performance of this system seems very poor.
Oh the dramas :-)
What’s going on... worked brilliant for 2 years and now it won’t open when I press the app, it just crashes and doesn’t open at all. Help me. Pleaseeeeeee.
UPDATE: I deleted the app tile. Redownloaded it and put my ID in and voilà its working perfectly again. I love the latest update and love how all the buttons are now reachable on the camera screen. Thank you!!!
