Can’t get past season 8
I have got to season 8 and all of a sudden one of the managers is highlighted and I am unable to press anything else, the game is still continuing in the background but I can’t play the game. It’s pretty frustrating because I was really enjoying the game, I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling the game and that doesn’t solve it, so for now I’m keeping the game on my phone for the next week or two and I’ll wait to see if a fix is released but if not I’ll have to delete the game. Such a shame.

Can’t get past season 5
I enjoyed the game until I reached season 5 where it tells me to press a button and after I press it I can’t do anything else with the game please fix this

Hyper Hippo’s First Flop
AdVenture Capitalist is the best idle game of all time. Communist was pretty good too, and Ages was essentially a clone of Communist but with several improvements so good too.
For this game, they’ve dropped the AdVenture branding and the gameplay absolutely reflects it. It’s a major departure from the standard format, a risk which normally should be applauded but in this case disrupts all the successful elements and replaces them with a game which plays completely like the mini “game” adverts for mafia games.
I believe the GUI change is probably meant to appeal to a younger audience. Like, it’s designed to engage a five year old. I would be surprised if anyone older than that found anything to like about this game.
What doesn’t help as well is the re-balancing of the difficulty which makes in game purchases almost a necessity to progress.
I honestly can’t even be bothered typing any more about it. Fans of Hyper Hippo, give this one a miss.
