Precision gas and plumbing
Very good app. Makes the warranty registration very easy. I'm sure other manufacturers will follow soon. Would really like to see gas safe registration option included. I can see this developing in to the perfect boiler app. 👍
Unreliable
Registered a boiler today, tried to upgrade to 10 year warranty and the system would not allow me to. However the app then decided to crash, I therefore tried to lookup the previous registration and no sign if it. Tried to register it again and it reports that it already exists?
I then registered another boiler and this went ok, however I tried to register 10 year warranty again...this time the card details tab would not allow details to be entered meaning I could only register 7 years???
Another call to Vaillant to sort.
Too much useless information
This new app has misinformation like when you select the parts manual for the latest ecotec 832 it open the previous parts catalogue for an 831!
Many parts are not the same!
Really not handy when trying to source a part number on a breakdown.
The old app was far better, easier to use and has less superficial nonsense that only serves to make the new app more difficult to navigate.
