Very are awesome been using them for years but every time I pay extra for next day delivery it never arrives on the next day but they still take my money. Also I ordered some bits for my sons birthday on the 4th and after waiting four weeks I phone to find out they have cancelled the order because that didn’t have everything in stock but they will refund the credit and just reorder it. That’s fine but now hardly any of the bits I wanted are now out of stock. Thanks very.

I had to return a faulty item, the process was quick and easy and the item was picked up from my house. However as the item was faulty I wanted a replacement which I’ve now had to order separately, I had used a £20 voucher on the original purchase so have now had to pay full price and another delivery charge. Ideally when returning faulty goods there should be an option for it to be replaced free of charge.

I am very happy with the whole process of being involved with Very as I can always get what I want and pay when I want and no pressure, however I rang the other day and was put on hold for a long time and someone kept coming on the line to check if I was still there but did not take my call hopefully next time will not repeat thank you

Love this app so easy to use and navigate can use finger print to log in and pay for items if you have your details saved with them best ever app to use compared to the old way of logging in on the website , excellent delivery service great customer service and all from the comfort of your own home or out and about. Very is so good for people who find it hard to purchase products and have not got the money straight away the payment plans are a life saver if you use it correctly and pay in installments before the date it required then there is no interest giving you the peace of mind for birthdays Xmas party for clothes etc
