I have used this app for my smart watch for years, I think I could be going on about 5 years now. I use this app primarily to monitor how many steps I take daily and how many calories I burn when I do an activity. Over the last 5 years the app has worked great, brilliant even - but not recently.
I’m not sure whether the app has had an update but I’ve noticed that over the last few months when I check my progress on the app, there will be a large number of consecutive days that will have no data logged. Not a thing. Regardless of me wearing the watch the entire time, always fully charged, constantly stepping and doing daily activities - there is no log to be seen.
It is highly infuriating working so hard during the week only to be met with no data results by the end of it. Some weeks everything is fine but others there is nothing to report. It’s like a roulette of whether or not I’ll be able to document what I need.
Please sort this bug out, I’m sick and tired of having huge gaps in my data after using this app for so long.
(It’s making me want to change to an actual Fitbit 😪)

I’ve had my VFP watch and app about 6 months now. It’s pretty basic but it will record fairly accurate steps.
My issue I’d be interested in knowing if they’ve resolved is it not wiping data when you change time zones! When I went away for a week in the summer, first it lost all the previous data when I synched to the new time, then it lost the time I was away when I returned! Has this been fixed?
Also the way the data is presented, only in detail for that day and no analysis available for previous days is quite restrictive. It’s just as well you can copy the data into Apple health. But there’s no detail saved for the sleep monitoring.
Improve the functionality of the app (there’s similarly priced activity trackers that have better apps than this) and it would be much better (adding in the “start exercise” from app instead of pressing on the watch which I can never get to work and it starts on its own when I don’t want it to! For example and ability to keep recorded data in different time zones).

I have had my watch about 6 months. The watch is really really good, Stylish and WORKED really really well. But after an update the battery would loose 45% on an 8 hour night. This meant the watch was on charge more than it was on my wrist. The watch originally lasted well over 2 weeks before the update. I sent a message through the app and got no reply. I then sent loads of messages. It finally got sorted about a week after. Then they did another update, this one only allowed the sync to get to 14% then it continually reboots the watch. I sent again loads of messages with no response. Another update came out, saying it has sorted the problem but it did the same thing. Again I have sent loads of messages without response from them. This problem still hasn’t been fixed. Very frustrating. This great product is being let down by a terrible support service. I hope they sort this out soon or the only place the watch is going is in the bin.
