Ratings and Reviews
Stopped Syncing & no Support
The App has stopped synchronising since end of January 2022. Tried numerous emails to the developer but no response. I had to manually enter all my trips for the month in order to send to my accounts dept, what is the point of having this app. Very disappointed…
Bad Customer Service
Initially happy with the company. I was then disappointed to notice that on their website they were advertising the service that I signed up to a few years ago at half the price I was presently paying.
Using Wayback website I noticed that the price had been reduced for over a year.
I emailed the company and used their online form, no response. I tried again and finally received an email saying they would refund my credit card to bring the price down to the advertised amount. One month on with numerous chase up emails, still no refund or response to my messages.
I would advise anymore who signed up for an account a year or so ago to check what they are paying compared to the advertised price, I bet your be paying more!
This company really knows how NOT to look after their loyal customers by charging more for the service and totally ignoring any emails or messages.
Crashes regularly
On the whole the app does what it says on the tin. My main complaint is that on my iPhone 5S, the app stops for no apparent reason. Sometimes I see it just stop while I'm looking at it, other times, while travelling and have reach my destination, I see it stopped tracking at some random point on the journey. I can modify the number of miles clocked, but I've lost the route information.
