I’ve just started using this and so far I’m really impressed. It recognises languages such as Icelandic, Czech and Slovene easily. It’s much more accurate than anything I’ve used before. By using the ‘share’ function I can save texts to my iCloud folders and work on them as either PDFs or put them into a Word file.

Disappointing Subscription Plan
As a long-time user of VFlat, I find the recent changes to their service model quite disheartening. The introduction of a premium tier that significantly limits the capabilities once available for free is very disappointing.
It's understandable and acceptable to charge for services that incur ongoing costs, such as cloud storage, AI processing, and OCR capabilities. However, restricting the number of scans – a basic offline functionality that does not incur additional marginal costs per use – seems unjustifiable and a step backwards.
It's disappointing to witness an app that provided exceptional value begin to gatekeep its fundamental features all of a sudden, in detriment of their loyal users.
