Hasn’t saved compressed video to pictures, where is it?

I’ve just bought the full app and it says, your compressed video is saved in pictures. No it doesn’t. May I have my money back or else the developer could respond to this and advise.

Thanks for your message. Please make sure to allow the app to access "All Photos"? When you allow the app to access "all photos" and you compress a video it will be automatically saved to the album "Recents" in your iOS photo library.

Stopped working after a day

I got the upgraded version and it was working fine now the next day I try to compress any type of video it makes it bigger than it already is which I don’t understand for a compressor application to upgrade you pay 4.99GBP I could of got 5 cheeseburgers for that price what I’m trying to say it’s ridiculous a video I try compress could be 70MB but some how it’s says the file is 300MB and when I compress it it goes up to 500MB I not one to write bad reviews to be fair I don’t write at all but in your quest to make your videos smaller venture a bit further in your search because I could be wrong and it all could be my device but 5 pounds for a device problem no sir hope everyone that reads this has a good day and goodbye.

Great iApp!- So I paid for the advert removal but what what wasn't made clear was that there is also a 3 minute duration limitation to videos, I only got to read this after purchase to remove ad. when I chose a 9 minute video. Is the 3 minute limit stated somewhere prior to ad removal purchase? Confused?

However, if I wish to spend a further £3.99 I would get this 3 minute duration limit lifted. However, there is a "bracketed" comment saying that ads would not be removed on the free version. Does this also relate to the £3.99 version or the FREE version? Confused?

I would like to have been able to contact the developer to explore my options on getting clarity on these issues. Is this available? Confused?

The app appears to be exactly what I've been looking for. The GUI is straightforward and with some tweaks I'd like to share with the developers would make it a winning asset for my video activity. In my opinion the 3 minute duration limit still remaining on the ad removal purchase needs to be made clearer from the outset. Is this made clear somewhere?
