HOW TO GET A VIDEOGP APPOINTMENT
SIMPLE REGISTRATION PROCESS

2. Register with us - or if you are already a LloydsPharmacy Online Doctor patient, simply log in.
3. Fill out your regular GP details (we won’t contact them unless you say we can).
4. Go through a simple ID check.
5. Book an appointment and pay for your subscription or one-off appointment to confirm your virtual consultation.

Sure it’s brilliant
Unfortunately didn’t realise until after I downloaded that this was a paid for service. Unfortunately I’m not financially able to afford this service right now, however I think it’s a fantastic service to offer and hopefully my financial situation will be much better next year in which case I’ll definitely redownload.
Compelling care & service
I came across this service whilst browsing the net and i was surprised to learn about Lloyds Pharmacy offering medical service - nonetheless, I proceeded to register which was fairly straightforward - within literally 3 minutes of registering, I was able to book an appointment same day with Dr Leila Dirir. I must say, I was hesitate at first as I did not know what to expect but as soon Dr Leila answered - I was absolutely delighted by her delicate yet compelling approach. I initially paid for the one off appointment but now I decided to pay for the annual subscription.
Great service
Polite staff and doctor, I picked up my medication prescribed from the doctor online at a lloyds pharmacy after a video call with the doctor, very quick and efficient happy it was resolved in one morning. First time using this service after having to wait for an appointment from the NHS for a simple ear drop prescription which I could not get a boots or anywhere else
