Thieves: Terrible Airline.
Avoid this airline. I purchased flights from Phuket to Bangkok for my wife & baby. The airline took my payment but did not send my flight confirmation details. So I emailed them to get confirmation… However, It’s been 2 months and still their customer service have not resolved my problem and have not given me a refund. My stressful battle goes on… they stole my money. Avoid these amateurs.
App shows “Payment Failed” but money still taken with no booking issued
I wish I had read the reviews first! I have also made two bookings, the app said the payment had failed so I tried again. Both payments have since been taken and no bookings issued. Customer services are very slow to respond via email and I am still trying to get my money back! PLEASE AVOID
Expert on Delay
I am on holiday in Vietnam and this is the third time l fly with VietJet and each time there is delay at least one hour!
And also in my first flight half of the seats were empty and l changed my seat to a window seat so that l could take photos. The staff asked me go to my seat two times as l had done something wrong!
If there are alternative flights l would never use this airlines again!
