Great app for amateur and experienced photographers

I have been using ViewBug for a while now and cannot rate this app highly enough, I am an amateur photographer and I love posting my photos and looking at other peoples work on ViewBug - it’s extremely inspiring! You can post your own photos and also edit them on there, people can also view and rate your photos and give you awards for them which is really satisfying and Spurs you on to take and post more! The only thing I find a bit disappointing is that they’ve changed some of the features of the editing suite so some of the things I used to be able to do when editing my photos, like blurring the background to make the centre image stand out more, are no longer available which is a shame.

I being doing app for a while now I have quite a few awards but I haven’t been chosen to win any good prizes my photos are not good enough to win like other people I only use my phone I don’t have a studio. Or fancy top of the range camera 😔😔😔😔 I stoped showing my photos to try and win 🏆 I know I am just going to have a choice at all I love to win big prizes but am not good enough

Good… but.

Overall I like the app, it’s fairly easy to use. Navigation between your own photos, contests and others is straightforward; uploading is easy from main photos album but; and here’s the first of two complaints: 1, when trying to upload from another album; say the shared albums area and the app locks up completely. You seem to be able to select a pic but nothing happens and when you come out back to the main app, after it’s not done anything, the whole app is locked and nothing works. 2, when trying to report a bug, there doesn’t seem to be a way to do this, the info on the App Store just points you towards a help page, which isn’t very helpful for my issue.

So could be better.
