rilliant while it would work
I have recently found that since i updated my mac ro the latest version. every time i try to open the app i get a "fatal error" notification. and it refuses to open. i'm not if theres anything that be done as i find it very useful.
Is there anything that can be done?

We're really sorry about this - Apple broke something (with no warning whatsoever) in Monterey 12.6 and that is causing VinylStudio to crash on startup. What is worse is that they are taking forever to approve our fix, despite the fact that that we submitted it on 13th September and they approved our sister app (VinylStudio Pro) within a few hours.
We can, however, offer you a solution. Just visit the following forum post and you will find a download link there that will allow you to use the app normally. You don't have to register to read it:

Isnt as Straight forward as it appears
I recently paid for this app and downloaded it on to my mac Laptop.
I have connected it directly to my mac via the output from my mixer (also tried it directly from my amp) into the USB port of my mac. It picks up the sound immediately but the record level is set too high and distorts, it does not give you the option to adjust the level as the adjustment slider is greyed out and does not move? Extremely frustrating. I have searched everywhere I can and looked on the tutorials but there is not anything that helps.
I have emailed the support helpline with no response.

Update, 12Oct21: This customer never got back to me so there's really nothing I can do to address this, sadly.
Vinylstudio
Bought this years ago as a FULL VERSION worked perfectly with full functionality. Now it only lets me save 6 tracks and tells me it's a trial version and I need to pay for upgrade. How do I get back the full version I paid for?
