Frustrating for making payments

Good app for info and I like the countdown feature.
AWFUL for making payments. Will only let you pay full amount and partial payments created an error page. Tried again today, no error page so feeling hopeful. Returning to the app after authentication of the payment, states ‘refreshing your booking’ then a black screen. Tried a few times but nothing!!
Will have to go and do it in store or try the website which wants to direct you to the app. Virgin Red app is just as frustrating!

Cancelled 15th March still no refund 22nd June

We were cancelled on the first day of cancellations and have still not been refunded. We were contacted more than two weeks ago for our bank details and we have still not been contacted, or refunded.
Nobody will contact us despite trying messenger and what’s app.
If l could give less than no stars l would. People just want to be updated and spoken to, not just a generic message that does not fit the question asked.
Then you send a message about having a glass of bubbly when your stores re-open, lm happy to have my refund issued in store and the bubbly will be to celebrate getting our money back well after three months of being told 7-10 days. It will certainly not be to book with you again.
You have took that long the card l paid on expired........

Frustrating

Constantly crashes when trying to view holiday details or make a payment. If it crashes during the payment processing you have to start right at the beginning. Doesn’t allow you to use saved card or address information so every time it crashes you have to type it all out again. Better off making a payment on the website and not through the app.
