Excellent betting app + good odds

This is a great betting app.
I’ve moved here away from bet365, and the experience here is so much better, in every way.
My one single problem I have is that I’d like to hear sounds/notifications when a goal is scored etc, but I can’t see a setting, and I’ve got it all switched on in iOS notification settings. Or are there no sounds to hear? No biggy either way, it’s just what I’m used to.
My favourite thing is that even though the text is smaller, the colour scheme is so simple and the font is the perfect size and line width, so the clarity of every page is superb. I’m still on a series one Apple 5SE, with the early model size screen, which I think is 4” (?...), combined with man fingers, but again the clarity and ease of use is absolutely bang on. I know that when I get my iPhone 7 running again that it’ll be an even better experience.
Loads up fast, using fingerprint sensor for security, extra security options available, scrolls well with no jumping, good set of filtering options, markets can be pinned to avoid scrolling too much, bets open fast and pay back out quickly, withdrawals are easy fast enough too.
Just can’t fault this app, or it’s service.
I’ve used bet365, Ladbrokes, Coral, betfair, and this over lockdown and this is by a mile the best of the lot.

Verification

Let me make an account easily etc and said my account was verified.
Fast foe to the very next day and I get an error when trying to log in. I had to email customer support and they said I should of got an email as they require more id verification (fun fact, I didn’t get a single email about this). Sent the id requested and furthermore, had to send even more evidence etc. 10 emails later and after ringing them, still nowhere closer to my account being verified. I have over 1000£ on that account and I can’t access it. Now they’re asking for a bank statement with the deposit that I made to virgin bet. I bank with chase and their statements only come out at the end of each month. I’ve sent the in app transaction, and a proof that the account is mine but apparently that’s no good. No betting site has ever asked me to show my transaction via a bank statement format. I’ve been told that it takes 48 hours then someone else said 72 and finally someone on the phone said it will take 5 days for someone to process the documents! I can’t even withdraw the money in that account. It’s funny how they’re quick to accept my deposit without needing to verify my account, but more than happy to hold my balance… even though I loved the format of the actual app and preferred it over all the other sites, this has definitely put me off!!!!!! Please fix this verification process!!

Site glitches a lot

Sight glitches a lot there always having technical issues, never get free bets no matter what you deposit, American horse racing prices are always lower than what they are on exchanges for example 9/5 in America it will be 6/5 on virgin, there slots are horrific never pay out, there daily free game only ever lets you win 5 free spins a week and your lucky if you win 10p, there other free weekly game is called Fives you get a player every day Monday to Friday totalling five players 90% of the time you get a defender from a relegation team, then the wheel spins on Friday to see how much a goal scored from your given players is worth it mostly lands on £2 sometimes 10p but never more, the wheel goes up to £50 , I’ve won £2 in ten weeks, basically it’s a scam to make you visit the sight daily. The only good thing about this app is they sometimes give extra places on horse races but most of the other bookmakers match that, also there the only bookmaker who doesn’t do e/w on virtual racing you can only back them to win even in 10 plus runner races (rediculous) impossible to win, there customer service is ok if you need to know why the app is having technical issues there often honest and say there having technical issues 🤣
