Sign in with your face or fingerprint
- With Touch ID or Face ID.

Track your balance and transactions
- View your latest transactions immediately and keep a check on your balance.

Manage your payments
- Set up and manage your Direct Debit, and make a debit card payment.

See your statement
- Easily view and download your statements.

Freeze card
- Temporarily freeze your card to stop it being used. Unfreeze it when you want to use it again.

Make transfers
- Transfer a balance from another credit card or move money into your bank account.

Locate a Lounge
- Find your nearest Virgin Money Lounge and use your app to get you in.

View Flying Club miles
- View the miles you’ve earnt during your last statement period if you have a Virgin Atlantic Credit Card.

Do all of this and more using just your phone.

Before you get started, please remember the app is for primary cardholders only. If you have an additional cardholder they can still log into Online Service to track their activity.

Ready to go? Once you’ve downloaded the app, you’ll just need your card to hand. We’ll walk you through the rest during registration and get you set up. Please remember that at the moment you can only use the app on one device so choose the one you use most.

If you have experienced this issue, or are still encountering it, please delete the app and re-install. You will need to re-verify, but this will not affect your ability to use Apple Pay or any other features of the app.

Ok but needs working on

It’s basically only good to check your balance on the go.
It doesn’t remember your card details so you have to enter them in full every time you make a payment, which is just ridiculous and it’s often easier to just pay on the website where it DOES remember my payment card.
Also the Touch ID has never worked to log in, I get the notification for Touch ID but it doesn’t then do anything and I have to enter my pin anyway.
I’d of hoped they’d of fixed these issues by now as they seem pretty simple to me, but it’s been over a year and it’s still the same.

Decent experience

This banking credit app is decent, but as of late the touch id feature has stopped working and making payments via this app is painful. Would like to see the address and country section pre populated with user address, afterall i am paying it. The sign off feature could be better too. Those with touch id keep signing accidentally after pressing the home button. The ui of app is nice and simple with the virgin red colour way.

Face ID does not work

After having problems with the app over the last week or so, resulting in me having to delete and reinstall the app, Face ID now does not work. After switching on in settings, and closing and reloading the app I am presented with the error message “Sorry you’re out of attempts to set this up, give it another go in settings later”. No matter how many times I try, the same message appears. Face ID is working on every other app on my iPhone with no problems.
