Virus War- Space Shooting Game 12+

I had this game ages ago then lost all progress with a phone update so ignored it for a long time as couldn’t get any response to fix it. However, that being said, it doesn’t take long get up to a few hundred levels. The ads can be irritating, but at the end of the day you’ve downloaded a FREE GAME!! They need to pay for they’re time somehow. Personally I eventually paid £9.99 for the ad free version. 💯 worth it!! Only criticism would be daily challenges are almost always watch 2/3 ads for x amount of 💎. Well it won’t allow me to do that coz I no longer have ads 🙄😡. Other than that and a bit of crashing now & then I really can’t fault it

If I was only rating this game on the first hour or two, I’d probably give it 4/5 or maybe even 5/5. However, it soon starts to get really repetitive. You can easily upgrade the amount of coins you receive in the background continuously and if you pump a whole heap into “levelling up” this skill from the offset, the next day when you open the app, you’ll have a huge cache of coins to start upgrading your ship. If you start off this way it does make it more fun than grinding through the earlier levels with the equivalent of s pea-shooter.”
I think the lack of variety in both enemies and the players own ship are enough to put a lot people off the game - I was one of them - but I gave it another go and persevered and some other weapons were unlocked soon enough.
However there’s simply not enough of them to keep it going. Shmups really need a good assortment of weapons - not just upgrades but types - like rapid firing guns, lasers electricity etc. In this game, all the guns seem to based around the same type.
So yeah, the game is not bad and maybe if I reviewed this game a few years ago I’d rate it better but as it is, I just find it really dull - especially when you compare it to other modern shooters,
But it’s free so give it go and see whatcha think 🤔

Great game and I would LOVE to give it a 5, but far too many ads that are way too long. - a 30 second ad followed by a 10 or 15 second try out. - there isn’t always the option to mute the ad, which is very frustrating. - even when my phone is on silent and the music & volume are off in the settlings, some ads will STILL play with volume. - sometimes I can’t be bothered to watch any more 4king long ads AGAIN just to get the bonuses, so I take the lower reward and an ad will STILL play, with is a pain, so I just close the game and restart. - ads should be no more than 15 seconds, ideally 5. I’d probably watch a 5 or 10 sec ad, but I DEFINITELY will not watch a 30 sec ad followed by another 10-15 sec try out. Developers, don’t be greedy, fewer ads PLEASE.? Update I’ve been playing this game for years and paid for the ad free version. I had all the weapons at maximum firepower and maximum protection. I played it every day, but then I upgraded my phone and my progress wasn’t downloaded to my new phone, years of playing progress all lost. Why don’t the developers allow us to save our progress and play on different phones ? I’m VERY disappointed and have stopped playing. I’m not happy.
