Previously, I have booked my visas with an agent. Not that I can’t collect my documents, just because I was unable to book any appointment. I came across this bot with a recommendation from my friend and wanted to give it a go as appointment is the only thing I can’t do. I have tried their notification feature, which works very well! I however was always a couple of seconds short of booking the time slot. Therefore I upgraded to autobooking (just by paying the difference!) and oh my god it did wonders. I will definitely reuse their services. During this process, the support team reached out to me and actually implemented the features I have mentioned as possible improvements! They are very active and they care about user experience.Would recommend 100%!

A really efficient service for those of you who are unlucky to need a visa to travel to Europe! It relieves the pain of having to look for appointment slots esp if you are pressed in time. Would have liked it to be more cheaper, but as I had no choice, I paid for autobook anyway. in my case it was better to pay the autobook price instead of loosing out on all the booking I’ve made for the trip due to not getting an appointment in time to be granted a visa. Helpful customer service and promptly replies to any queries.

I would 100% recommend. You do need to be flexible and when using the auto booking system, I chose a few weeks for a window which allowed me to get an appointment. It is expensive for the auto booking option but worth it as appointments are very hard to get independently. When you receive your appointment letter, double check the time. Mine showed +1hour on the app. I went for the appointment slot on my letter as that’s the one they scan at the centre. It worked for me… I am heading to Italy in a few weeks ☺️
