Slow!

Very slow loading - each page seems to pull data straight from my database, it could easily preload everything in an instant.

Also ticket view is horrible - it shows every detail under the sun as standard, but clicking to view the actual email from the client gives me an unformatted mess.

I really want to like this because the web based software seems really cool, but these days without a decent way to access on the go, it just won’t work for me.
