With Visual Budget, easily manage your personal and business accounts using powerful, advanced analysis and consolidation features.
Visual Budget can be used to handle several accounts simultaneously and sort them into different groups.
Expense/income categories are automatically created based on a standard model that fits most needs. You can of course modify this category list to suit more particular requirements for each of your accounts. Two levels of categories/sub-categories allow you to define your budget plan in an easy but precise way.
Assign a budget to every category, and accurately monitor the evolution of your income and expenses.
You can input your financial transactions manually, or automatically by importing CSV (spreadsheet) or OFX (bank standard) files with iTunes file sharing.
Check off your transactions to ensure that they match your bank statements.
Define recurring transactions, such as a monthly Internet subscription, once and for all.
Visual Budget also features Overview tools, allowing you to visualize the breakdown of your transactions and the changes in your balances in the blink of an eye, and to monitor your budgets efficiently
Several graphs (bar or pie charts) provided by the application give you a clear and synthetic view of your transactions and their breakdown into expense, income, category and budgetary changes.
The application comes with an example account featuring a dozen transactions which will allow you to quickly become familiar with it.
Freemium version, limited to 50 transactions per account. Integrated purchase unlocks unlimited transaction creation.
Universal application for iPhone/iPad, iOS 7.1 and above.

Accounts
I have used this apps since Nov 2012 and find it does keep me in control of my Budgets now. I have on line banking and reconciling my accounts very satisfying. I would like to see improvements made with adding more flexability when making transfers from one account to another, such as from current account to pay credit card. In my budget it counts transfers as income. I would also like to see you make changes so that when i have entered transactions into the wrong account , i would like to be able to just change account instead of my having to re-enter everything into the correct account. Hope you can do something with those points which I would find an improvement. Otherwise 10 out of 10 for a good product Thank you
Fantastic App
I’ve been using this App for several years now and I rarely write reviews. However, this app has kept me on top of outgoings and incomings and has been an absolute saviour at times. You need to put the time and effort to put in transactions that aren’t one offs, but if you commit to doing that alongside the recurring transactions, it’s fantastic.
I’ve always been terrible at thinking I have “available” money, when really I’ve just forgotten about a bill that was due or a pending amount from over a weekend etc. This app lets me know how much I have available after all my bills/purchases etc.
Does everything I want it to and keeps me on top of my finances month after month. Hope this App is supported for a long time to come, not sure what I’ll do if it’s discontinued.
Cannot step away from this system
I have come to rely wholly on this app to keep on top of my finances, I have tried many many other apps and systems but I cannot step away from this one, it’s just perfect for my needs, I like to forecast ahead years and I like to see it so the option of 3 month ahead view isn’t far enough for me so I tirelessly add each and every recurring transaction for years so I can manipulate to my needs and requirements. I would be absolutely lost without this app I have used now for around 6 years, the only thing I would change is the display for recurring transactions to at a year as said above, other than that please don’t go anywhere it’s fab.
