I purchased from this company for the first time (I used the app as they offered a discount which I was more than happy to use). Everything went very smoothly and I love my purchases! I would only note that when entering your address, they require a house number. My house, as well as many others in the UK, has a name rather than a number and therefore it was a bit of a faff to get the app to accept my address. I ended up having to put 0 as a number and then combine to name of the house and the street on the next line and use abbreviations as I was over the character limit. A minor issue which I imagine could be easily corrected but otherwise the process was easy and the app was simple to navigate.

The app is user-friendly overall, but the filters are completely broken. Whether I filter by price, colour or size, it doesn’t sort the items as selected, this makes browsing frustrating and time-consuming. It’s been more than a year since I first tried find something on the app and it’s still isn’t fixed.

If you navigate back after reaching the payment step, the app treats it as though the order is confirmed, regardless of whether payment was successful.

Regarding your order — the app is designed to display the order as placed after reaching the payment step. If the payment was not successfully completed, we kindly ask you to try making the payment again.
