Very great service
I have been using the service for about 2 years. What an innovation! You can pick the call from anywhere. You don’t have to be stuck in the office or pay money to redirect your calls. Vonage was my first stop and I never looked back since then. Highly recommend.
Avoid this company
Used to be a good company a while back but now there is no telephone support at all and the web support and chat line is useless. The superuser administrative panel is non-intuitive and almost impossible to work out how to use. Some of the features do not work and respond with errors. A phone number is given and when you phone it you were told to only use web chat. As an IT consultant I have unfortunately recommended Vonage. Now I will be migrating all of these clients to a decent service provider as soon as possible. I would give Vonage zero stars if I could

This app is driving our employees insane.
There seems to be a long standing bug with the app in that if a call is answered quickly by another phone (e.g. a physical extension), the mobile app will continue ringing, sometimes for about a minute. It’s infuriating because you don’t know what you can do to get rid of it as you’re not sure if it’s a genuine call or not so you can’t risk cancelling it if you’re already on another call or busy etc. Furthermore, you can’t use your phone for the duration of this fake call for similar reasons. It’s like the ‘call has been answered’ signal is just not sent through to the mobile app most of the time.
