Voyage Prive:Holidays & Hotels 4+

I have used voyage prive a couple of times and have found that the hotels in the deals were lovely. We stayed in Thailand and were upgraded to outstanding rooms at our hotel. We found out our deal through voyage prive was much better than for some of the other guests. I also stayed in Tenerife through this site and again despite a mix up over the rooms at first where my friend and I were given a double instead of a twin, Voyage Prive quickly sorted it out. On our last holiday we met other Voyage Prive fans and are now going on holiday with one of the couple we met. I was very dubious about the truth of the deals on this site but they check out when you talk to others at the resorts. Treat yourself.

My girlfriend and I just returned from Greece, which meant to be surprise for me. When she told me how much of stress she had with Voyage Prive, I was shocked. She paid 2 months in advance for beautiful hotel with flights included. 20 hours before our flight she received a voice mail from Voyage Prive saying our hotel was overbooked and they will put us in different hotel which was hostel vibe hotel much further from town city, where we initially were booked in plus £100 as a compensation each for transport for whole week 🤷‍♂️ I was shocked when I’ve heard that. How company that class themselves as exclusive travel agency could have such an awful way of dealing with things? I would never recommend this company due to this unbelievable experience and would suggest anyone to look for any other travel agency as this could easily happen to you. Putting you in a stressful situation only hours before the holiday you were looking forward to for months.

We have used Voyage Privé a couple of times. Some really great hotels with lots of added extras for the same price as a normal hotel. We found they are easy to deal with and I have always had my requests fulfilled. I think the app is much better than the website where I find sometimes the pictures don’t load. I would also agree that the “starting from“ price can be slightly misleading as it can end up being quite a bit higher if you’re looking to travel on Fridays, but that is the same with airline ticket prices. Overall a great app and great holidays. We highly recommend them.
