Can’t access the free version anymore

I’ve had this VPN for a while now and it’s worked fine for me so far, as I can use it to move to a US server from the UK and bypass my school’s WiFi restrictions for free which is great. However, after the most recent update (as of mid-March 2021) every time I go on to use it an ad pops up for the premium version, but the button to skip it and continue with the free version doesn’t work. I’ve tried going out and back in again, closing the tab (I’m on iPad), even deleting and reinstalling the app, all to no avail. This looks to be a mistake as the button is underneath some other text like it’s a glitch, in which case please fix it, but if it’s not a mistake then that’s not a good move by the developer. Essentially for me who is someone who doesn’t want or need to pay for the premium version, the app is unusable in its current state.

Good but major issue

As a premium member, I am allowed to use 10 devices to connect to the vpn using my account. Although the vpn is really fast and useful, the devices that are connected to my account keeps logging out, and then when I login again, it counts as another new device, which fills up the 10 device limit. At the moment I’m at 8 devices when in reality there’s 4, which is disastrous as my account will probably fill up by next week and then I won’t be able to use premium even though I’ve paid for it. Developers please help. Nonetheless it’s a top notch vpn.

Great when it works which is almost never.

Every. Single. Time. I try to connect the VPN to my phone it just never works. I can only remember one time it’s actually worked which was when I first downloaded it about 6-7 months ago. But apart from that it has always worked on my laptop and never on my phone, which is what I need it to work on. Contact support is also practically useless as whenever I try to ask it anything it gives me answers to things which I don’t need or the questions it asks me which I answer are just left with me waiting for a reply which never comes. It’s so frustrating. I’ve looked up what the issue may be but nothing has helped. It’s just insanely inconsistent and annoying to use. But when it has worked on my laptop it has been great. So it’s a good VPN. Just awfully inconsistent on anything iOS related.
