Fast VPN and amazing support
I recently subscribed to this VPN. I had some initial issues getting it to work through the Windows app. I contacted their support team who were very responsive and were able to get me up and running quickly.. Turned out it was an issue with my password, possibly an invalid character.
I have been getting very good speeds with this VPN, faster than I got with both Nord VPN and IPVanish. I have 200Mbs internet and with the VPN I seem to get about 190Mbps.

Avoid and do not give this company any of your money
I bought over a couple of years ago I bought a lifetime subscription have had nothing but problems with it since then and the support is absolutely terrible tickets go on answered and questions remain about problems with the service I noticed that after you've subscribed to this company they send you endless emails asking to subscribe again even though you've already subscribed the amount of junk mail to come from this company once they have your email address is not to be underestimated, I filed several Support tickets as I was unable to use their external services such as open VPN and WireGuard when are you try using services are unable to login despite putting in three or four different tickets the issue remains on resolved and so I am unable to use these particular configurations despite them being part of the service, the Support tickets are mostly answered or any haphazardly answered with no real resolution as to the problem, also the bundled app that you have to use to login through the service contains malware which is embedded with ad malware, one can only assume that the company is rolling ads silently through the pixel process on this VPN while you are connected thus gaining more revenue. There's a reason at this VPN is cheap and it isn't because they're doing you a favour!
Always on feature isn’t always on
Had this for over a year now and the app originally was brilliant. Last 3 updates however have been problematic. The “always on” feature keeps disconnecting and when it doesn’t do that it sometimes will block all internet traffic. When this happens I have to disconnect and reconnect. This has been happening 6 to 7 times a day. The iOS update hasn’t fixed anything not has removing and reinstalling it.
I bought a lifetime membership too 🙁
PC version is very slow when downloading torrents getting on a good day 1/10th of my ISP speed.
Not as good as Nord which was just click and forget as it just worked perfectly every time.
