Unreliable
The vpn is not reliable & seems to have a few days of not working each month ie today & yesterday. Failed to work last month for a couple of days. When it works it’s great & a bargain price.
App not working!
Tried to click on the app yesterday as I wanted to watch some UK tv whilst in New Zealand and it kept saying that it couldn’t connect to the account. I’ve tried contacting the 24/7 support which is a robot and it doesn’t have the answer and told me to send an email to the humans via the email support address. This is obviously not a 24/7 support email as I’ve not heard from them. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling and now it won’t even reinstall from my iCloud. Just paid for another subscription yesterday as I thought my subscription had lapsed so just wasted £14 on something that doesn’t work. Think you need to sort the bugs in this app again.
Excellent Value-Great Service
I use this in many different countries-sometimes abroad to view UK TV, sometimes in the UK to watch foreign TV. Not always a 100%, when abroad, but is usually down to a poor internet or wifi connection.
All in all, great value for money and friends and family also use it.
