This app is absolutely great.
Prior to downloading this application, I perused several negative reviews, yet I still opted to give it a try. After downloading it, I found myself quite pleased with its performance. However, I encountered an issue at the outset when my $5 top-up yielded only 5 minutes of usage. This concerned me, so I contacted Waafi via WhatsApp, and Saida kindly assisted me in rectifying the bundle, as my top-up had been erroneously applied to airtime. Thanks to Saida's diligent efforts, I was able to secure a generous allotment of 100 minutes for calling Somalia. In light of my positive experience, I have come to regard this application as a highly valuable tool, and I wish to extend my heartfelt thanks to Saida for the exceptional customer service she provided.
