I hate starting out this review as completely negative but as someone who used it before and really enjoyed that app seeing so many features locked behind pay walls such as estimates or second jobs it’s quite a far-fetch on what used to be a wonderful app. I wish I could use the app the way it was, and I know the developers have to put some form of paywall on it due to finances and having to keep it running but, it’s just disappointing that they have to do this.

The new update is way overcomplicated. If I enter a shift that should be the end of it. I don't want to or need to go back to it to "approve" it. Then there's this weird message on some "linked worked" and "linked scheduled" does nothing as far as I can see. Please just go back. Every review since the update is negative and yet they're doubling down on adding unnecessary additions. Seems they aren't actually listening to feedback like the email for this new update says. I'll have to look for a less convoluted hours tracker. Shame I've used this since the beginning and have a yearly subscription.

I downloaded this App back in Oct 2020 when I started a new job and needed an easy way to track my rota. I loved all the features and how easy it was to navigate! I wanted to keep using it, but back then, you could only input a certain amount of rota entries before it asked you to upgrade to premium. I deleted the app, disappointed, but came back recently after discovering the charge was completely removed! Feedback has definitely been listened to and taken into account!There are also many different options to suit your employment, and It’s a massive bonus to have the extras, like important document storage, links to employee rights and reoccurring bill tracker, in-app and free of charge!Only thing I would like added is an option for one-off pay dates (and pay cut off dates) that override the usual payment schedule: my pay will go in a week early if my usual schedule means I get paid after Christmas, so it makes using the app unreliable during this time. I can still log shifts, but my pay date and amount wouldn’t be accurate. Being able to manually adjust this would be very helpful.. Thank you! 🩶

I have to say this is a great app for tracking zero-hours contracts. I’ve been using it for a couple of months & think it is a great way to keep up to date with one’s work commitments. It is relatively straightforward to use & has quite a lot of functionality built in, like document storage, which, considering it is a free app, is an excellent feature. So far I’ve only discovered 2 shortcomings, unless I’m missing something: 1 - if I add a rota-ed shift & that shift is cancelled, I haven’t found a way to remove it from the record summary, 2 - in the calendar view, away of displaying all days that were worked, even if across multiple employers / workplaces, so you get an overview of all days worked. Currently it can only be viewed in a workplace by workplace basis. But having said that it is a fantastic app & glad I have it on my phone!! 👍👍👍👍

WAC is fantastic at tracking shifts and calculating your pay!It feels like a breeze. You can input your rota directly into the app, you input the wage, and WAC does the rest for you. It’s fantastic, I use it everyday. Even after switching to being a premium service, it’s still so affordable and I would much rather be able to just pay the fee than having to calculate how much I should be getting at the end of the month. Now it’s just a quick glance. One piece of feedback I would have is I’d love more advanced “Overtime Rules” I get paid by the hour for Overtime and a lot of the time it’s irregular overtime so my pay is not 100% correct. I’d love to adjust and customise a shift to be able to input into the app how many hours I’ve done, the time stamps of the overtime, and most importantly, the rate. That would be amazing!!!

This app is soooo good for me as a student. I work for my university; some hours directly employed (but still zero hours), and some hours with an agency on multiple contracts. Whilst I’m technically working for the same employer, having different employers, pay rates, timesheet signatories can get VERY confusing at times, especially when I have to record hours for each one - so this app has been an absolute god send! My only suggestion for improvement would be to be able to add custom pay periods. My monthly paid employment is paid on the last working day of each month, but my pay period is sometimes 4 weeks, and sometimes 5 weeks. It would be amazing if I could put the dates in manually to reflect 100% - that said, thank you so much for creating this guys - Charlotte
