Has been working fine since i downloaded the app last year. Easy to use and easy to pay the bill. Only downside now is after the double points January and the recent "bug fix" ive got logged out automatically and now cant get back in! Doesn't recognise my email, even though it sends a password reset to the same email it states it doesn't recognise 🤷 and I've lost a free side order and main meal as a result of double up January. So annoying and cant find a help section on their website to raise this.

TL:DRI had trouble registering and had to get help by contacting the Wagamama team via its website. Once they were involved, all is OK. Hopefully this won’t be an universal problem. Longer version:First few tries at verifying my email: Ended up on a blank screen in my browser. Tried several times, not a connectivity problem. Deleted the app. Had response on here from developer (thank you) that the problem was fixed so I downloaded the new version and tries again, several times. Had to go to a new account with an alternative email address and in fairness that worked. Presume there’s some limit on number of verification emails to a given account. All looks like it will work now, but I have two accounts. I have contacted Wagamama via web site (no contact option in app) and it has manually verified my primary email address. I have asked for the secondary account to be deleted. Upgraded rating from 1 to 3 and then to 4 stars…

My husband and I both downloaded the app but never received a verification email after registering for the Soul Club. And no, it wasn’t in junk mail. We both received a welcome email but without the verification the app was useless. On a more positive note, Wagamama Loyalty Support got in touch to apologise and open up the app for me. They then sorted my husband’s account and made sure we both got the loyalty stamps we were due. The assistance from TRGPLC and Wagamama Loyalty Support has been very good so if you have problems with the Soul Club app I would urge you to get in touch so they can sort it out.

We both received a welcome email but without the verification the app was useless. On a more positive note, Wagamama Loyalty Support got in touch to apologise and open up the app for me. They then sorted my husband’s account and made sure we both got the loyalty stamps we were due. The assistance from TRGPLC and Wagamama Loyalty Support has been very good so if you have problems with the Soul Club app I would urge you to get in touch so they can sort it out.

This app has never been an intuitive or flowing user interface. However in the past month (Jan’25) it has crashed not been able to open on iOS 18.3.1. It doesn’t allow stamp collections, it doesn’t allow voucher retrieval and use as it was developed and marketed to do. The restaurant staff don’t know what or how long the issue will be going on for nor how to workaround it. When you contact them via their website as advised by the staff they do not acknowledge or confirm your request by reply ( other than a stupid automated reply that doesn’t give an SLA timeline).What is absolutely mind boggling is that they do not have a web access portal to allow access to your account in the event their app fails.Serious disappointment.
