Original: Don’t do the trial. They bill you after you cancel and never contact you once you request a refund. Garbage, absolute trash.

Update: I was billed after canceling the trial. However, after a few emails and times on the phone with Apple, I was given a refund. Grateful for this. Also the customer service person was prompt and courteous! Many thanks.

With reference to the app itself, I canceled because it wasn’t helpful for what I’m trying to achieve with my fitness. Could be useful for someone with health issues that make other forms of exercise difficult.

Signed up for a cheap trial via an online ad which said it would email me a personalised plan for how much I needed to walk to lose weight. Never received the email of plan. Tried to log into the app with the details of my new account but it only gave me the options of logging in with Facebook or google neither of which were linked to the new account I set up. I tried to sign in on their website but you cannot. I then received a bill for $86 three days later having not been able to log in to cancel. I am beyond upset and feel quite sick. This is a lot of money for me especially given the times we are living in now. I have emailed explaining the situation but they have refused a refund. $86 for something I have never been able to use and still continue not to be able to use. My email asking how to log in has been ignored. Really upset - all I want is a refund for a service I have been tricked into signing up for and never been able to use.

Dont download this app... i have never used it and unsubscribed the same day i downloaded it, they sent an unsubscribe email which you then had to click another link to properly unsubscribe, i didn't know this as the email went into my junk mail, you would think by clicking unsubscribe in the app and confirming it would do the job but no they still charged me!! I contacted them to ask for a refund as it was a mistake and I haven’t ever used the app but they just continued to reply with a basic email and an unsubscribe link to click and would not refund me... they don't make it clear and it also doesn’t appear in your subscriptions on your iphone.. its just misleading and now i have paid £30 for something i don’t want and will not use!
