Don’t bother unless your prepared to pay!!!

I’ve just decided after 6 months of playing this game that it’s actually pointless - UNLESS that is your prepared to spend a fortune!

I actually enjoyed upgrading the tanks and getting crates with bonus power ups, it’s an addictive game.

The biggest issue is that your drawn in with the “free experience” which is great, and actually the fame is fun and playable.

The biggest issue is that as you get into the game you need to spend money to get anywhere.

Now I don’t mind spending a few quid (and I have) but really the games pricing is actually outrageous.!

It’s a bit like gambling as it’s addictive, you want to get a better tank and move up the ranks, but trust me either this game has a massive glitch or it’s designed to work against you if you don’t spend money.!

Shots that don’t do any damage even when your using advanced shells, have numerous power ups and enhancements, kills that don’t register and the other tanks that seem to kill you with one shot despite you having amour, shields and other gadgets to protect you! Talk about frustrating!!

It’s just got to a point where I think deleting the game is going to be the only option. Or it’s going to be £100 for a years premium membership to just get faster upgrades and better tanks!

I think I’ll look for a tank game another platform that I can just buy outright - if I keep this one it’s going to be a costly bit of “fun”.

After a couple of years away I was curious to see if anything had changed but alas no. The same maps the same greed with the only changes being the additional ways the devs have introduced to squeeze more money out of its user base. Basically you need to spend at least i £40 -£50 a week to play the game once you get past tier 5 if you want to be competitive.I would recommend Call of Duty Mobile over this game everyday of the week. Although not a tank game as such more a fps CODM even has better tanks, new maps come out every month and you can play all game modes for free. There is no need to buy the in app purchases to play the game and how good you are depends on skill rather than how much you pay to win. It’s a shame really as War Machines could be an excellent game if the devs adopted the same principles as the devs in CODM.

Greed has motivated the developers

Customer services is non existent, don’t bother as I can tell you your replies
(1) It’s all your fault ,it’s usually your internet connection that causes issues
(2) Match ups are regulated by our world class algorithms to make the game fair ,Your tier 5 tank was destroyed by a tier 7 tank because you didn’t buy enough ammo or your driving skills are not good enough ,keep buying and practising !

So many moons ago this was a ace game but for the last year or so the developers have become greedy horrible little trolls sitting under their bridge wondering where the next windfall will come from , gameplay is full of glitches due to all the add ins they want you to buy so when it’s overloaded “Boom” game crashes and you lose every thing ,To compensate this affect they drop in some lower ranked players ( known as cannon fodder) So the super rich players that have whined the most get to sit in a corner loaded with ammo at 100 diamonds per bucket and pick you off ,These are sad individuals that have added to the demise of the game ,Never mind after 2 weeks the glitches will disappear and just as you start to enjoy it again they will ruin it again with another pointless update that reaps in the money again !

While to compete at higher levels and with the top clans you'll probably need to better equip your tanks, on lower levels you can still enjoy all the fun the game has to offer!
