This app has so many frustrating bugs it is no wonder almost everyone rates it with 1 star. You’d think the developers would pay attention to the universal dissatisfaction. When trying to download a game to watch later, it just says “downloading” with no indication of the status or progress of the download. Given this status never changed for me over the multiple tries, it seems it never did start downloading. But the most persistently annoying bug is the inability to scrub the video to any exact point in the game you seek. It seems to only move forward or back in increments of about 5 or 6 or more minutes at a time, making it impossible to fast-forward past half time for example without getting a game score spoiler. And it’s impossible to replay the past few seconds you may have missed or just want to re-watch. Please get it right, Fox! We pay a LOT of money for this!

This app is constantly having issues, recently with not being able to download a match replay and also just a black screen when a game is playing. It’s quite frustrating as it’s an expensive subscription to have. It’s turning into a waste of money and not much point having it with these very basic issues. I really hope they improve it because when it works well I like it but lately it’s been very unreliable.

Download function and other bugs have now been fixed which is good, unfortunately the chromecast option has been removed.
To download a game so you can watch offline you must have the app open, it would be good if downloads could happen in the background & also if your downloaded game remembered where you were last watching. Downloads only last for 7 days, can this be extended to a month so that you don’t have to redownload after 7 days.
