it’s brill, it was my first time and i was a bit late. I soon caught up ! if you’d told me 6 months ago i’d be doing a yoga class, all my friends and I would have laughed. it was great, you can work as hard or not as you like. Anna was really nice and accommodating with all my probs getting started (my fault entirely) its really not hard, unless u make it so. i’m going to do it every day, when times coincide. Can’t wait for next 1 already. i think i’m addicted already !!! took me years to get addicted to smoking and drinking lol. This a lot more fun - go for it and don’t look back !!!! i’ll keep you posted. L x

I only joined WAFA since lockdown and have a part of the Zoom classes. I have never met Anna & her team in person, however they all make you feel very welcome and part of WAFA family. I enjoy the classes as the instructions are clear and alternatives are given for different levels and if you are suffering with any physical issues. Zooming means the instructor can give you feedback to correct posture and alignments and give you encouragements! The app helps you keep a track of your progress and book into classes, reminders sent prior to a session. So glad a friend of mine recommended WAFA to me. Thanks Liz!

WAFA is a unique women’s only gym course, with extended benefits such as lovely, lively walks arranged to add to the classes that are done throughout the week, giving us the opportunity to chat and build relationships with each other. The Whatsapp group set up also increases friendships and incentivises if you are feeling a little low, or even lazy. It’s a great community to be in and very unusual. I’m SO glad I joined. I can’t recommend it enough. In fear of sounding like an ad, I’d say join WAFA and add a little golden nugget to your life.
