Weather Dock puts the weather right on your desktop. With a single glance at the dock icon, you can see the current weather conditions, today's or tomorrow's forecast.

Accurate & pretty yet it is a memory hog

I like this weather app and use it on my Mac and my MacBook. The data appears to be accurate and the display is attractive and makes you actually use it to check the weather without needing to anywhere other than your dock.

However I have noticed on Activity Monitor that this application seems to use a significant amount of memory, I wouldn't have thought it required anywhere near as much. At the time of writing it is using 126,2MB, whilst Slack is using 112,1MB. If this app were more lightweight it would get the full 5 stars.

Handy and informative

This is a useful app to have to hand. I suggest that it could have a fuether preference of temperature in degrees Celsius and wind speed in miles per hour (the UK standard), which would mean there would be no need to show windspeed in all three units in the “Now” section, allowing space for other information. It would be helpful if the hourly forecast panel allowed for zooming in, as it is a little hard. To read.
Otherwise a very helpful app.

Really useful and attractive app.

I like the user interface, and it is very easy to set up and use. The animations are particularly good. It's easy to check the weather elsewhere also, but I do wish we could toggle multiple locations at the same time. It would also be nice to see the weather options 10 to 14 days ahead for holiday planning etc. All in all this is a lovely app I'd be happy to recommend.
