Can’t set up an upgrade package
I don’t know if there’s a problem with the Apple version of the app but none of the bottoms to upgrade work at all, the page just freezes when you click on them. Great app but if I can’t set up a download then it will be no good for us

Basic app, expensive to use
This is literally just an online photo album, without a customisable web page or any added features like captions, filters etc. This makes it fairly simple and straightforward to use. While the app itself is free, if you want to keep your album live for more than two months after the wedding, and you want to download the images in a decent printing quality, you’ll have to pay £44. Which is a lot for such a basic app, on top of the cost of an official photographer and all other wedding expenses. HD photo download for the couple only is £20, but that does not extend the hosting beyond the free two months.
I am happy to pay for hosting & download of quality photos but this is an outrageous price for such a limited app.

Annoying notifications and expensive
I’m posting this review, which I do faraway, because of Wedbox’s notifications system, so developers please take note. If you want daily content free notifications (“why not share this app with someone you know getting married?”) then this is the app for you. If you want a free photo-sharing app, not so much.
I downloaded this for some friends to help share pics on their big day. A bunch of us chipped photos into the mix and the couple then found that they couldn’t be downloaded without not-insignificant cost. No problem with not being free, but the app should be more upfront. And harassing your users with vapid, irritating reminders does not make me feel warm and fuzzy towards your app.

It should not happen and we are trying to get a better system for notifications so that they are sent in a more value-bringing way.
