Weldricks Pharmacy 12+

I recently ordered some items on a Friday. I received 2 notifications on the same day that the pharmacy was working on that order. The immediate following Monday I received a notification that the order was ready. My wife attended the pharmacy only to be told that the order was not ready as it had only been ordered the previous Friday and that orders need 7 days to be completed through your system. I have no problem with that and my wife only came for the script because your app told me that it was ready. I have since communicated this with the manager of the pharmacy and she was apologetic and accepted my criticism. It would seem that your app does not take cognisance of the fact that the particular pharmacy is closed on Saturdays and Sundays and needs some fine tuning to make sure that notification is not received via the app that a script is ready until such time that it is actually ready. App is user friendly and allows us to link our profile to the NHS app, helping us understand when we are next due our medication - preventing in running out!
I have 2 profiles (myself and family member) on my app and it is easy to switch accounts and order as I need to.
Order goes quickly to my chosen pharmacy and straight to my registered GP

I struggled at first to understand the concept of the app and its functionality however with the help from the lovely ladies at Weldricks pharmacy on Frodingham rd I can now order and record all my medications from the comfort of the home without the worry or stresses of ringing the doctors to order it blar blar blar
