Only used it once when I was in Milan, was sceptical about it as I needed to get to the airport early in the morning and had never heard of Wetaxi before. I scheduled a ride the night before, was given a cheaper flat rate to Malpensa airport than others I’d tried. It worried me that they said they would look for a booking a few minutes before our scheduled time but it worked! Although, when the driver went to put in the fee at the end of the drive on his app, I was confused, thinking I’d be charged again however I wasn’t!
Does EXACTLY what it suppose to! No issues!!
Don’t be deceived of previous negative ratings. If you are in doubt just call “radiotaxi” in the city you are in and CLARIFY your booking/schedule .
We've scheduled a ride the day before for a 7+ seats car — we’ve called radio taxi the evening before and they told us the app will notify us 5min. before scheduled tome IF they can find a 7seats car. If they can’t, we need to request again 2 cars (which will only cost us an additional €3.00 extra per car) which they will arrive within max5-10min. We dint’t have to do that because the app shown as “ride accepted” 5min before scheduled time. Everything went spon-on! No issues at all. Recommended!!!
ONE negative though... the app should have a link to CALL Radiotaxi in the city yo are located. The app support isn’t instant and if you require immediate answers yo won’t get them...(i had to search on google for 10-15min to figure out how to contact them...). This is a rather inconveniencing matter that will need to be addressed ASAP. Apart from that everything went as it supposed to.. - thanks

Very handy. Worked just as described, and most conveniently I could pay by cash, which was especially useful as I was visiting Rome as a carer supporting an individual and had no debit or credit card. Only downside is that you only get the guaranteed fare before the journey if you’re paying by card.
