Ratings and Reviews
I have a daughter ages 2years 3 months and she loved it! she enjoyed being able to make the interactive characters do things on each page. She's not at an age yet where she likes to sit and listen to me read normal books all the way through and prefers to look at the pictures and make a story up of her own, but this one was brilliant as it had just the right amount of words so she didn't get bored and i was able to read it all the way through to her! loved the things to keep her drawn into the book like the moving characters. We went through the book a couple of times then went back and tried to find the dogs on each page. Some of them were a little to difficult for her to find on her own, but she still enjoyed finding them. Brilliant app, I will definitely be buying one of the other ones!
Great Fun, Lovely
A lovely story, great illustration and interactive points. Finding the hidden dog throughout each scene unlocks a bonus game which is fun and helps keep children involved.
Touching objects through each scene brings them to life and brings you straight into the story!
This is story that both adults and children with love, I really like that its the father the child is asking and that at the start of the story there is a choice to either be the son or the daughter!
I might be a bit biased because the illustrator is my brother but I really enjoyed enjoyed reading this to our (slightly too old really) daughter, who enjoyed it too!
Kids really seem to enjoy the interactive, animated features and discovering what does what on each 'page'.
