Amazing App even better Customer Service

Wow , firstly gotta say whatnot is seriously great for finding fellow enthusiasts in the trading card scene (which is awesome) and more importantly buying some great items ! I had an issue with damaged items arriving and the customer service has been amazing , by crediting me fully , and allowing me to keep the damaged items along with supporting me throughout the process ! I have nothing but 5* reviews for this app and what it’s morals are and would 1000% recommend it to anyone and everyone ! Thankyou Whatnot support for being so awesome , and for creating an amazing community!

Great App.

I downloaded thanks to Ellis Platten (AwayDays) and already you get £10 free when you enter. It is very easy to bid on things, cancel them if needed. Delivery is a slight problem but otherwise very good app. Lots of chances to win free stuff from streamers too!!

This app is designed well and I like the concept however there needs to be a way to view live auctions near you, or an ability to search this. As I’ve joined many live auctions and wanted to bid on the amazing deals just to realise I’d have to pay upwards of £30 to receive any purchases making the items not worth buying. I understand I live in the uk however this app doesn’t seem to be suitable for worldwide customers and maybe should be local to the areas. The app could 100% be 5 stars if it had a feature to distinguish where sellers are located !!!!
