Excellent app: but is it necessary to pay twice for iPad and iPhone?

I’m a cricket and football fan. I can tailor the app to just show these sports. In addition, I can set it to cover just those channels that I have (Sky and BT Sport) so I don’t have to look through broadcasts that I’m neither interested in or able to access.
It’s reliable, current and programming for months ahead is shown.
All in all a super app. I’m glad I found it.

Ps. I would like it on my iPad as well as on iPhone. When I download it to iPad it asks for another £4.49. Can this be correct?

Hi Phil,

Thanks for the review, we appreciate it!

If you use your same Apple account on your ipad, you won't need a seperate subscription.

Cheers,
WTM

Missing boxing

Hi, I've had this app now for the very least three years, probably more actually. And for the most part I have found it to be excellent. I tried to find a 'contact us' link firstly as I thought it was more appropriate to my question, rather than giving a review. I find the app on an iPhone does not give a very true reflection of boxing events, and have missed a few due to relying on the app for that. There are two reasonably good profile fights over this weekend, neither of them are listed. I do have the correct settings in regards to "showing un-televised fights" Having realised this I then went over to the Website which seems to be far more informative than the app, but I couldn't access much detail because I have to sign up for the website separately? The only reason I visited the website was to find out the missing details that were not in the app, so obviously do not want to sign up to the website because I never normally access WTM that way. So my question has to be, is there any way that the boxing listings can be a little more true to the events taking place?

Developer Response ,

Thanks Kevin, can you try version 3.05 and please get in touch at team@wheresthematch.com if we are still missing any boxing and we’ll review at this end, best, WTM Team

Utterly useless

The latest release is an utter failure. How on earth did this get past your software testing? The new release wiped out all my favourites and I’ve had to scroll through hundreds of them to set up new ones. Any self-respecting new software release should never do that to its customers. The schedule of games doesn’t fit the page on my iPhone 14, choosing teams, sports and competitions is awful, you have to scroll through every competition, sports or team to get to the one you want. The only thing that appears to work is the calendar update. But that was working before anyway.
Please go back to the previous version or urgently fix the problems in the latest release or you’ll have an awful lot of customers cancelling their accounts.

Developer Response ,

Hi, we are sorry you lost your favourites, could you try version 3.05 please, this should sort out any previous issues, best, WTM Team

P.s. anyone reading this, you can use the search box at the top of each favourites screen to filter the results.
