Which Bridge is designed to allow people living in the South West of the UK to keep up to date with closures on the M48 and M4 bridges (Severn Bridges), otherwise known as the Severn Crossing.
The primary benefit of this app over the others is that it'll send push notifications to your mobile device (and watch) when there's a closure or re-opening on one of the bridges. No more forgetting to check before you leave! This app offers you a view of planned closures over the next 7 days, all on one beautiful screen! In addition, we've added a feature that will send you a notification when traffic is building on the bridges and we'll send you a notification to keep you up to date about expected delays on your journey over the M4 or M48 Severn Bridges in South Wales/England. We even tell you how long to expect your journey over the bridges to take!
This app is a must have for anyone who makes regular journeys to England/Wales over the Severn Bridges.

Doesn’t work
I have just paid for this app and it’s not working properly, say planned closure only one way this weekend when the national highways says it in both directions ..don’t waste your £2

I’m sorry but the app agrees with the information provided on the national highways website. I think it slightly unfair to rate an app 1 star without reaching out to the dev to say there is a problem. I would have been more than happy to confirm the data and work with the user to get it right. This would benefit everyone.

I'm sorry you've had issues with the previous version of the app. I've listened and the app has undergone a complete re-write to make it more responsive and more stable. I've also taken steps to improve the accuracy of the bridge status reporting. The new release should be available shortly.

This relates to a previous version of the app. Be aware however that the bridge can close at any time without prior notice so there can be delays in the data feed the app uses. I'm constantly making improvements to ensure the data is as accurate as possible.
