Ordered 3 times now and all been fab last order took 11 days so chuffed, just not placed my 4th order can’t wait for it to come as been waiting for it to come back in stock
The worst
The ordering is very confusing with it switching between uk and Australia. I never received my parcel in the 3-5 days was nearly two weeks. Had to return package done it next day. We are now a month down the line I have no tracksuit and still waiting on my credit being added to my account. Have email customer service with no reply and there is no phone number to contact them. This has been a nightmare process. They also charge a huge fee for returning the parcel 😡
Not even bothering to package orders
I ordered my stuff over a week ago in the sale along with many other people who have had the same issue and it hasn’t even been packed yet. Not only am I paying a lot for a hoodie they have the audacity to not repond to emails and customer complaints after saying “message us on insta and we will get it sorted” no you bloody won’t because you don’t answer! I know so many people have that been waiting literal months for there order to even be packed it’s not good enough!
