The one thing you expect an app to do once you e downloaded it is OPEN! I sat watching it ‘updating’ for almost 5 minutes then deleted it in frustration. You would think the version we download from the App Store would be the the most recent

Thank you for your review. When the App is first run it has to download a lot of information about the town which can take anything up to 5 minutes or more depending on internet connection etc. We are working on optimising the time taken for downloading this information as the data has grown quite significantly since launch. We are working on a new version of the App which will be launched soon which will significantly reduce the time required for the initial setup of the App.

Just read the other review they left it for 5 minutes and it wouldn’t open - I left it for an hour!! Still won’t open it’s terrible

Please could you supply us with more detail about your device such as the iPhone/iPad version, iOS version, whether you are connected to a WiFi signal or are using a 3G/4G/5G connection.
