To explore all the landscapes and to enjoy the regularly added experiences and meditations, we offer two auto-renewing subscriptions to the ever-growing library.
An auto-renewing monthly subscription at $6.99/month and an auto-renewing annual subscription at $44.99/year to provide you with unlimited access to all of Wild Journey while you maintain an active subscription. These prices are for United States customers. Pricing in other countries may vary and actual charges may be converted to your local currency depending on the country of residence.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current subscription period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period. You can go to your Account settings to manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal.

Part of the appeal of Wild Journey, which was designed by a family who lived off-grid for a stretch, is its simple beauty. The soundscapes are accompanied by subtly animated illustrations. Everything about the app celebrates the splendor of nature. The free version has plenty of sonic landscapes and meditations to explore; a subscription unlocks full access. Wild Journey integrates with Apple Health too, so you can log the Mindful Minutes the app helps you achieve.
One annoying flaw
I really like this app and it helps me wind down or get back to sleep if I wake too early in the morning. But there is something that bugs me.
The developers keep changing which soundscapes are included in the free version. Not a massive deal I know, but if you’ve added all of them to your favourites and then they make one or more of them ‘paid’ soundscapes, you can’t remove them from your favourites. Hence you have a list of sounds some of which you can’t play. I can’t believe they haven’t spotted this problem, and I’m sure it’s not hard to fix.
Other than that it’s a great app!
The once loved but now forgotten app
When this app was released all those years ago it was absolutely amazing. Beautiful sounds of nature, so relaxing and amazing art work to help. I had all the apps and really used to love listening to them to relax and help anxiety, I especially loved Sonus Island and listening to the sea waves and crickets. Then one day out of the blue they added music over the top which you were unable to turn off, which destroyed that nature sound for me, and months and months passed by with no updates or abilities to turn it off I cancelled my subscription and moved onto other apps, which is a shame because of how wonderful this once was. Now almost ten months without any app updates I’m afraid this is a long forgotten app by the developers and the dream of it being reverted to what it once was has been lost. A shame, don’t waste your money supporting an app which won’t support you back.
