This app has helped me cope with my ADHD

I am 26 and was very late in my ADHD diagnosis so I’ve been looking for things that truly help me look after myself without pressure or added stress. I really struggle to practice meditation because its really difficult to quiet down my mind. Molly’s morning practice has changed that for me for so many reasons! The meditations are short enough that I can easily build them into my routine, and Molly’s encouraging and positive voice is so powerful that in those short moments of quiet and reflection I feel a huge difference in my outlook for the day. The library has so much content and is neatly organized into different categories that are easy to sort through. There are different levels as well if you do feel able to do a longer self-guided practice. My other favorite part of the app is the daily affirmations, the sleep sounds, and the mantras. Finally, the art and visual aesthetic of the app is incredibly beautiful. I really do appreciate the work that Molly put into this app and it just aligns perfectly with how I like to practice self care and self compassion.

A new companion

This is a fabulous app. I first discovered the podcast with Molly which introduced me to the whole world of meditation and mindfulness, taking care of yourself from the inside out. I recently treated myself to a subscription to the app and now have availability to a variety of help for any time I need it. Sometimes to get confidence, sometimes to relax and sometimes just to appreciate the day and what it brings. I think it should be an essential part of everyone’s self care package and can’t recommend it (and Molly’s podcast)highly enough.

Great meditation and app

I’ve followed Mollie for a little while and decided to get her new app. I love the fact that a lot of her meditations are quite short and can fit into a busy life. Also the sleep sounds are just perfect! And most importantly, her voice is so soothing and her words are always on point. Mollie - thank you for your hard work, I truly appreciate it.
