Scam

As I said before other than football and another challenges it’s all scam trust me, I’m losing every week more than £500 in casino games specially big bass Bonanza games.
They never make u win unless u lose more than £300 in a day then they’ll give u £50 back so u keep playing and lose another £300. It’s happening with me right now and for weeks.
And why u tell me it’s some days I’m lucky and other days I’m not when u just controlling the game to never give me any win unless I lose more than the amount u wished?
I do not recommend the casino games I swear it’s all scam, they’ll give u like £100 or less at the beginning so u think it’s good or will make u win soon but trust me, as a old player who experienced a lot and lost so much money, I don’t want u get addicted and lose all u money brothers and sisters.

Good but missing something

Been using WH for a while. Good enough for my needs but I am getting more and more frustrated with trying to lay a bet and finding that there are no odds offered. I bet a lot on the golf but am aggravated because WH rarely offer anything on ladies golf. In fact I’m fed up asking. Live chat is crap as a well. I ask a question and am told the next available operator will be with me in 1 min and when the min is up it jumps to 6 mins and so on. May go try one of the others now and see if there’s happiness elsewhere.

In addition to my last entry I confess to sticking with WH. But then I was trying to place a bet. I was offered ‘boost’ which I took to enhance my odds. Went to place the bet to be told that I wasn’t entitled to the ‘boost’ because play had already started. Why was I offered it in the first place!! I was forced to start the process again only this time I was suspended from placing a bet because of an error. I went to live chat. They took an age to go through some rudimentary questions only to be told there was nothing they could do and would not lift the suspension. They offered absolutely no help or suggestions. I suggested that I would leave WH after a few years of use. I was told “that was my decision”. Customer service is absolutely crap. WH don’t care.

Shocking customer service from supervisor winter and ruby

I contacted customer service as I had won 95p which is a pathetic amount of money that didn’t get credited to my balance. I quit off the game, refreshed my balance still nothing that I then close the app restarted it cleared the cache and still nothing I proceeded to play another game, Kong, even bigger bananas spun £4.50 and won 28p which is a joke in itself. Spoke to an agent completely rude, no help whatsoever got put through to a supervisor completely unprofessional. Very rude didn’t help at all. Ask me for all kinds of crazy information like my location etc he said he needed this to investigate my query told him I’m not giving it to him as I have location services activated. When I use the app. He then told me he checked my history and could find no discrepancies so I asked him I thought you needed the information before you could check anything then he kept copy and pasting the same message to me I told him keep the 95p and I’m never using the app again completely disgusting behaviour and very unprofessional
