Windscribe VPN 4+

I’ve started using Proton for its unlimited bandwidth and the fact that it’s the only free (and reputable) one that doesn’t limit it. But that doesn’t change the fact that Windscribe is great. Its user interface is simple, its 10GB free bandwidth per month is more than generous compared to the measly 500MB of TunnelBear and other competitors, amplified by the fact that there are methods to increase your monthly limit (forever), and last but not least: Windscribe doesn’t feel like a faceless corporation. I feel like this is just personal, but I stopped using it a while ago, though I didn’t block their emails; I let them send them to me regardless because they have a fun sense of humour that I enjoy. Overall, you should download this; if only just to delete it and then let those e-mails roll in.

So I renewed my subscription using the offer your company emailed me : i have been an early adopter of your product and never had that many issues with the iphone app! ( and Mac that disconnects when I try for example to update my apps via app store)
I cannot use the app on my phone, your app causes a major issue to my connection to the internet to the point I have to delete it and install again to have the same experience, never connects, settings reset every-time i open the app, I mean why?? It was working absolutely fine before my subscription expired ?? What are you trying to do that damaged the app so much ?
Plus after payment is successfully accepted - then you inform your customer that you keep logs? Monthly? I accepted the payment 30 days thingy but please ament your advertising!! It's unethical!
I have renewed my Pro a couple of months now and the app doesn't work on my iphone, maybe I get a refund and go to proton that at least you know that they log and don't waste your time with connectivity loops, internet connection of the phone switches to 4G etc and wifi disappears ( my phone is fine, your app has issues) .
The mac app since i renewed doesn't allow to update anything, doesn't connect to the app store, and so many places! Fix fix fix !

I downloaded the app because I wanted to try-before-I-buy, this being my first experience with a VPN. All the reviews I read told me about the free version which had a monthly 10Gb download allowance. Great, I thought. As a VPN performance was okay, BUT the download allowance was only 2Gb. When that was used up (within a day or so) I had the offer to either buy more data allowance or wait until the end of March to have the free allowance renewed. Later I discovered the 10Gb allowance is only there when someone provides a confirmed email address.
