On two separate occasions playing this game my payment went through Apple Pay and left my bank but an error occurred in the App. When contacting support they did nothing but refer me back to Apple when it was clearly the fault of the App. There are many other ‘free’ slot providers out there who are more considerate of their customers. Use them, and not these thieves and charlatans.

Edit: you can see from the reply to my original review the double talk and evasion taking place here. No “third party” details are given, and Apple Pay themselves confirmed the payment was issued to the developer. They just won’t refund - talking about providing dates and screenshots etc when they have the record on their system. They will put up hoops for you to jump through but not give you a refund - and at first I wasn’t even asking for a refund, I wanted my coins! Avoid these thieves.

Second edit: they have changed their response, but it remains a lie. The order did not succeed, the error message was from the Winning Slots app, the money left my bank, and there was no error with Apple Pay. If you want to get what you actually purchase, choose a different app. These guys are simply thieves.

I found this game by accident and thought great, you can buy huge coin packs to get you started. Bought three huge packs, to test the game. As with all other “free games” You only win for about ten minutes after buying a pack. Got to level 62 and lost over 120B in two days. The scatters don’t come at all on some of the slots, so if they haven’t appeared in the first 20 spins, don’t play further as you will only lose. Every time you win over a certain amount, an annoying pop up comes up asking you to spend more money to increase your win. This game has some great slots but winning a major or grand jackpot is impossible, so don’t expect a huge win. Like all other free slot games, this isn’t free and is designed only to ensure you keep parting with your money. I always gauge these games by their customer service and always contact them immediately, to test the waters as it were. I’m still waiting on a response after 4 days and after running out of coins, which indicates it is a game to avoid. Don’t buy the packs, you are better off spending your money on something you actually have a chance of winning on.
