Wirex: All-In-One Trading App 4+

Have had Crypto cards in the past, before they were all blocked. This is the first one to come back! It’s very easy to use, low fees (£1/month for the card) about a 2% margin on Bitcoin/Litecoin price. No exchange fees and what’s best! CryptoBack. Yes it’s peanuts, but 0.5% is better than 0 back in Bitcoin for every time you use your card in store. Just put your weekly shopping on the card and you’ll be surprised how much that little % adds up!

Amazed that they also use SegWit addresses for both Bitcoin and Litecoin, so low blockchain fees too.

Would give it 5 stars, but it still has some improvements to do! Ie. Exchange charts should be there rather than just current rate and a historic chart of your balances would be nice! Other than that, Keep up the Good work!

Once you have money on their platform they will prevent you from transferring out of the Wirex platform they will lock/block your account without notice and it will take you months to sort it out, in the meantime you will be left in the dark with no answers or progress. They even limit how much you can spend per transaction on the card or block transactions when ever they feel like it. You will never know which transaction will be refused so not a reliable card to carry. Even though it was my money, they wanted to know where I was spending it, picked certain transactions and wanted proof of who it was I sent money to.
Your account will get locked without doubt and without notice, then pray you get your money back..... I was one of the lucky ones who got their money. If I could give zero star I would. Oh by the way, the refunds I got on the card never made it back to my account, I lost all that cash.

Update: it took me over 3 months to take £35k off this platform and am happy to say my account is now closed. Just look how long it took them to ask for a ticket number. They put a lot of obstacles in my way to prevent me from getting my money. They did their best to steal my money so if you still have money on this platform, be warned. I have no ticket number because they were closed without resolution multiple times.

they have improved the service greatly and the new card was free for me as i bought the old one previously. the rates to top up from my bank card to ltc are pretty good. i definitely recommend the app now.

When transferring bitcoins to your card balance, they charge a much stronger rate then the current rate. Basically giving you less fiat currency than you are supposed to get. When i transferred money from my card balance to my bitcoin wallet, they charged a much weaker rate - essentially meaning my gbp currency is weak and would need more of them to get the exact same bitcoin balance i started with! Bear in mind i did these two transactions right after each other. For example if the current btc/gbp rate is 5500, they will give you a rate of 5200 when converting from bitcoins to gbp and they will give a rate of 5800 when converting from gbp to bitcoins. This company tried really hard to hide this and when i confronted them with this they just said that the rate is always changing. Please avoid!!! You will lose money!! They literally steal like 5% if your money giving you less £ that you should get. They stole around £30 off me.
